We just moved and I called on Thursday before closing hours to get water connected. They went home early and will be closed on Friday as well even though New Year's Day isnt until Saturday, which as a business owner of an essential service need, it should be your obligation to post updated hours of operation. The early closure when not announce is unprofessional. The website states: "We look forward to meeting your water needs for many years to come and are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to serve your water needs". This is definitely untrue. What a way to start the new year. Needless to say, the customer service could be a bit more compassionate. The lady's tone was rude and almost annoyed that she had to talk to me. If anyone should be more annoyed it should be us, a family of 7 who is now going to spend New Years without water and for 4-5 days or more if they dont come right away. Can I go with another water company? The reviews are horrible too!
