Nice a little sketchy because of the area but it's a nice place to chill.

Good fishing spot

Overwhelming with the homeless leaving dirty needles and crack pipes in the park and playground
James Yesop
It's a nice place to have a picnic but not too much for kids because there's a lot of homeless staying there If you go at night time it's a beautiful site it's the homeless thing around

Yes you can have dogs their.
I wouldn't suggest fishing there... It's pretty gross.
It's one of the best parks Bakersfield has to offer. Early morning or early evenings are the best times. Bring your camera or fishing pools and enjoy yourselves
Don't say anything.
Hey Nathan, are you thinking of Mill Creek Village? https://g.co/kgs/1GVMvW
Near Mill Creek Park there's a small set of museums, there's also a respectable library down the road and a large antique district with cute themed restaurants.
I just read on google, even though they are sparse it has bass, catfish, n carp. Mind you it's what i read.
Not sure what your question is, however, Mill creek has a lot of them. They seems healthy and content. Nice attraction to a very pretty park. FYI Love the street fairs held there.
Due to certain water rights sometimes our parks don't get flow if the Kern isnt producing. Its kind of a complicated subject but there was an editorial in the Californian by lois henry a few months back.
Not quite the best place to run. Its better suited for a picnic.
