The two stars reflect today's experience. Usually the food is fairly consistent and a pretty good deal for the price. Today my husband got a to go order and when we started eating it it was the worst thing we ever ate from any Panda Express. I don't know if they got new personnel or they were understaffed but the food was practically inedible. We got the vegetables which were pretty much still raw. The mushroom chicken consisted of huge chunks of mushrooms with narely any chicken in sight, the same with the broccoli beef which was all broccoli and three tiny morsels of beef and the kung pao chicken which was indescribable. It had a texture that I had never experienced and left a slimy film in my mouth after eating it. Plus everything lacked any of the normal spices. We usually frequent Panda Express at least once a month. After this experience, it will be a while until we're brave enough to try again. Not to be all negative, the service was friendly.
