It’s the worst apartments! Just don’t bother to rent there and save your time and money looking somewhere else’s. A nightmare of flooding issues with sewage water backing up into your apartments. The carpet molded and they didn’t care to replace it at all! And that happened three times in one years lease. When something needed to be fixed they will take forever to fix it. When you use the Flex app to pay rent and one payment is having trouble going through the Flex app it is going on your credit score right away and there is no way to contact someone on a phone. It sounds to me like this is use to set you up for a failed payment at all cost. This apartments are the worst on my list!

Joelle is the absolute best and went above and beyond to help me out with some concerns I had. She has such a warm kind soul and will do her best to help you out with anything you need. She is the main reason I felt so welcomed here. She deserves all the credit when it comes to customer service. Go see her if you want the upmost care!! :)

Our family has been residing with Waterfield Court for almost 4 yrs now and we love our little community. I mean nowadays what apartment complex is perfect. Everyone has an pet peeve or a red flag about something so it is what it is clearly. But what I love about my community is the leasing office. JOELLE LA VALLE is the Community Assistant Manager and this woman right here is phenomenal !!!! I mean she absolutely rock😊, Joelle is not just someone that works there. She makes you feel like family. Joelle is very down to earth, she has a real genuine concern, she's compassionate about your situation regardless of how big or small they might be financially or personally. The entire staff will go above and beyond for your needs and for that I am really thankful and want to acknowledge their awesomeness. Thanks again to you all🙌🏽.....

I love the area! It’s very quiet and peaceful here. I love that the place is pet friendly and offers amenities for them! Kenzi was AWESOME and got me into my apartment that very same day I applied. I love how professional and quick acting she was about my situation. It was urgent I moved and she understood the assignment! Thanks Kenzi!
