6-month update. Still don't have a drawer (surprise). Everything else I previously posted is still relevant. We now have a 'trash service' that's supposed to get our trash 5/7 days of the week. One week I put my trash out on a Sunday (1st pick up day) and it wasn't picked up until Thursday (last pick up day), so I'm glad we get to pay for that new 'service'. Also a great way to attract raccoons to our doorstep (saw within the first week of this starting, thankfully they haven't made it to my apartment yet). Also jinxed myself by saying 'at least I have good neighbors'. Within the past week or so we've had new neighbors move in who are letting their kids run wild (currently listening to them yell and shoot off fire crackers - for the second day in a row). So glad we have security that's on top of these things. OH WAIT, we don't. Less than stellar so far. When I moved in I was told I was missing a drawer in the kitchen and they asked if it was okay if they could come later in the day to install it. I said of course. Moved in over six weeks ago and nothing. Made a maintenance request, haven't heard anything. Talked to management and she said she would put one in and still nothing. Honestly more unhappy with the fact that we've received two semi-aggressive letters about infractions OTHER residents have made that they could have easily given to just the people that they actually pertained to. Instead of being professional and to the point, we're receiving what feels like childish group punishments/threats. In conclusion, the next time you all decide to come post your petty letters at our doors, I would appreciate it if you would drop off the drawer and I would be happy to install it myself (at least that way I can make sure it's done correctly unlike the other ones that were 'installed').

Per the 5-star reviews below, the maintenance guy being the "best mechanic" or annual "free groceries" (pantry stuff) that were given in 2020 & 2022 do NOT qualify as great perks. Our lease renewal increased our rent by $175! NOT AFFORDABLE. No value for the money because apt was NOT renovated or move in ready. Old appliances showing their age including the furnace which is not energy efficient. Apts used to go for $500-$700 in 2008. We do NOT have "new management". The crime rate is high. You can request a police rpt for the property or review crime stats for district 2 on the APD site. Management has been frequently letting themselves in for apt-wide "inspections" which is disturbing the quiet enjoyment of our apt. Yet, management's UNRESPONSIVENESS to our maintenance issues is unsettling. They would never tolerate late rent. Common areas are not visually appealing & we do not have good amenities. The fitness center is not well-equipped with operable equipment. Politicians need to start investing in affordable housing projects rather than sending billions overseas. Hope a recession hits soon. Can't refer friends/family to these sub-optimal living conditions. They would be apoplectic at me.

It’s a very nice area and very spacious in the complex . My neighbor Quincy , is the best . He does everything as needed without questions asked ! Best mechanic a guy could ask for . PS. THEY HAVE FREE GROCERIES ALMOST EVERY YEAR AROUND THIS TIME !! Take advantage of the great Amenities , great location (right across the street from king soopers) and different culture . I guarantee you , you won’t regret. Great thanks !

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Countless issues over the two years I lived here. The apartment was not even move in ready when I first moved in, kitchen counter was damaged as well as some doors. The a/c broke in the midst of summer took two weeks to get it repaired. Heating broke in winter took a week and a half to repair. Problems with roaches. Maintenance requests ignored for months on end (there are some issues that were not resolved with maintenance after being there for two years) Do not expect any of your deposit back, I got charged a ridiculous amount for a full carpet change when there was nothing wrong with the carpet, I don't even own pets. Noone will pick up calls or contact me back regarding this issue it's been months now. Finally the assistant manager Dianna is the most condescending rudest person I have ever had the displease of communicating with. Unfit for the position. Find somewhere else to rent and stay away.
