Absent management, ignored requests for service, no hot water daily, top rent charged for undermanaged apartments. Calls to the office get ignored, emails are ignored. What can I say been here over a year and we are going to moving out for a place to where we can actually have a hot shower before work, my shower has literally been running for 30 mins and no hot water. We never been late on our rent but had out rent raised by $200 dollars because our lease ended but was never given a choice of a new one. they charge you monthly for parking even when the spot is general parking with no car port this place is quickly becoming a scam. Choose another place to live if you actually want management to do work when needed!! Avoid this place.

This place is trash, from bottom to top. Ever since they switched to a new management company last year they’ve done everything they can to drive tenants out so they can drive up prices. Avoid this place like the plague, it will only cause you more problems. The front office is never helpful, opting to instead blame you for their failure to disclose things properly. Live ANYWHERE ELSE before you live here. The property is getting spruced up outside but the insides are all falling apart.

Read All The Other Reviews on these Apartments, Before moving here please know: 1.These apartments are roach infested, and even when you call maintenance to handle the situation roaches will still be there because other neighbors have them. I was so disgusted because I personally have never had to deal with that. 2. The shower temperature never stayed stagnant it would always get super cold or super hot at random times which caused me to burn my self a few times. 3. The parking lot spaces are very small and pothole filled, there are barely any parking spots for residents and if your lucky you could get a decent spot near your apartment. 4. On the other hand my move in process was easy, and I had a super nice leasing agent. My only problem was the apartment itself. 5. A couple things stopped working after a week of living there, such as my stove top, a light inside the bedroom, my heat, and a few plug-in outlets. All in all, I do not recommend these apartments to anyone who is trying to live in a livable environment these apartments could do better with the conditions of the apartments. And I do hope that they could fix these things in the future for future residents because I was misled.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years, each year with different management running the place. Ever since we’ve gotten this new management it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone in the office or maintenance. I have a list of things that need to be fixed in my apartment and with no idea when it will be fixed. Last management atleast had decent maintenance that would go around and clean the premises and were quick with request. This place looks disgusting and your apartment will be run down with no upkeep in no time. Save yourself the stress and don’t move in here.
