I've read alot of bad reviews about Vista Park Apartments. I've lived here almost a year and I've never had any bad experiences. I'm a 60 year old on a fixed income, and they have bent over backwards to help me. The office ladies have always been super nice and courteous to me. Since I've been here, they have done alot of improvements, including security and interior painting and flooring. I have no complaints since I've moved in. I would recommend Vista Park Apartments as a place to call home.

I been living here about 2 years they help me out when I couldn't pay bill . They always fix stuff on time . We have wash and dry in every building which is really good

I was there for two and a half years. I couldn't get my hoarding problem under control, so I was asked to leave because the cleanliness of my apartment. Even though I was asked to leave, I still give management a good review because they do address complaints, follow strict leasing guidelines, and try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. They tried to accommodate me by giving me chances to clean up my apartment, but since I couldn't keep up we both mutually decided the best thing to do was to end my lease early. They are implementing new lease terms, updating apartments, and evicting tenants who violate the lease to improve the property. Natalie is a sweetheart and will do her best to help you she always even listened to concerns about my own mental health. If I hadn't violated the lease terms, I would still be there.

If I can give 0 star, I will. The worst apartment I never been in my life. They will charge you a camera feet that's not works. The worst is when you got out of the end of your lease, They don't want to give you back your security deposit. I am out since August 2021 until now I didn't get my refund. We are in February 2022 I am still follow up for my refund. The management are not professional. please stays away from those community.
