Impossible to get a hold of. I’ve been calling for 3 days just to change my appointment. Either nobody answers or I get hung up on. I was supposed to get a call back but of course that never happened. I’m tired of this. I’m changing my doctor.

I'm changing my doctor. I've been going here since Dr Vento owned it. He was the best. However when he sold it I has steadily gone downhill. Multiple times they yell my personal medical history across the desk in the waiting room to the other medical staff. If you call with a cold or stomach flu, they will have you wait weeks for an appointment and tell you to go to the hospital if it's an emergency or want an earlier appointment. If you happen to get an appointment you always have to wait 3 hours before being seen. Finally, I called in for a GI issue, that I've had for 2 weeks, and they told me it sounds like covid, so I need to go and get a PCR from somewhere else and then call in and schedule an appointment. I went to City MD and the saw me the same day, they confirmed it's not covid and that it is a GI issue. They also scheduled an appoint for me with a GI doctor. I'm switching my PCP from this mess of an office to another doctor. 1 star is the lowest I can give them, I wish I can give them 0 Stars. A star mean they actually put in an effort
