This place is digusting and infested with ROACHES, mice and BEDBUGS. The people here are so dirty and leave trash & furniture in the hallways. They cut off the hot water every other day !!

Don't even bother applying!!!! I don't even live here and they STOLE 250 DOLLARS FROM ME AND WONT RETURN MINE OR MY BANKS CALLS!!! maintenance is a bunch of overgrown children with no experience or skills. There are entry doors with no handles, you would think that's a problen but the other doors aren't secure so it's not a problem. If another tenant moves out and leaves stuff in the halls in your building get ready for a fine. The whole place is in shambles, their pool will be closed until further notice, bugs everywhere, moldy apartments, filthy halls, non-functional security doors and almost a whole fence make this place the last one on your list. there are thousands of empty apartments in Denver these days so don't lower yourself by moving in here. That said I had applied and before they even started my background check I was leary, checked into the place a little bit and it's terrible, look up fairways at lowry as they recently attempted a rebrand. The day after telling the agent I was no longer interested I noticed the 250 dollar "holding fee" had already been deducted from my account. Again, they hadn't even started my background check. I called to tell the agent and she said I would be refunded by check in the mail within 2 weeks. That was in February and now my bank is involved, Imagine that! they don't answer the bank either.

Bad roach problem, constant power outages especially in storms, literally chunks of the ceiling falling down in the hallways from rot and mold . The heat doesn’t work in most apartments and they never do anything about it. I haven’t had heat in my apartment since I moved in !! Trash everywhere , way to pricy for how terrible this place is to live. Only nice thing in my opinion is the dog park but other than that please stay away!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have put in numerous requests over the past 6 months to get doors fixed, heat working again, hot water, and pest control. They have since closed my tickets and said competed when no one has come out. Last week, the pipe burst and flooded my apartment, my husband and I are now staying somewhere else until the unit is water free and cleared of mold smell and fans. They tore up my carpet to place the fan to dry the floors. I just went in to the office and asked what can they do to help compensate for the fact that I’m not living there and don’t think it’s fair to pay 1 months worth of rent if I was basically forced out because they are arrogant and don’t care for their residents. When I went to the office, I spoke to A manger Kristina. She is disrespectful, rude and should not be working if she can’t help her residents. She told me it’s my fault that I decided to not stay there while my apartment was flooded and couldn’t have been bothered to be there to meet the carpet vendors. Told me they tried to contact me but never did, and lied to my face saying things are getting fixed. I will be filing a lawsuit against this place due to inhabitable living situations and will be contacting the department of health. I REALLY WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS
