Be very careful and read the fine print. Horrible practices and terrible customer service. $850.00 for a rental and we are still told we cannot have a car on a holiday weekend.

Very very rude staff. Everytime I go through them it’s always a problem. Jumping through a million hoops just to rent a car?! They talk down to you and treat you like it, depending on what you look like. I totally felt that we were discriminated against. Went to enterprise with no problem! I won’t patronize a place that treats certain people different. Their “policies apply to certain folks!

They want your life on a platter. I have a credit freeze on my credit for a reason. I will not remove that due to what I am going though just to rent a car.

They don't charge for mileage, if you are dropping car off back off in original location. Best option is priceline.com. Economy cars will be around $25-40 a day.
You need to have a Valid Driver's License, and either a credit card issued by one of the major credit card companies with an available balance of at least "total cost of rental including tax" plus a buffer of at least $100 just in case; OR a bank-issued debit card which has one of the major credit card company logos on the front, and will survive the greater of the following 2 security deposit holds: 1. $200 hold if total is less than $200 or 2. Total cost of rental if greater than $200. Make sure membership cards are on hand, phone number is valid, and the name on the driver's license matches the name on the card. Make sure who ever is listed as the driver or additional driver is in good financial standing with the rental company
Well no you do not have to have it but you going to have to take their insurance before you can get a car from them
