This organization and residents does not respect the neighborhood. They have residents who throw trash out off their balconies which ends up in the streets. Many visitors and residents will park in the neighborhood and block in driveways. The most frustrating experience is that there is an individual who appears to live here, who is constantly drunk and will harass, yell, and even throw items at people walking by and nothing has been done for the past year. No one answers the phone or calls any of the neighbors back to resolve the issues. They are making the neighborhood worse and I am extremely disappointed by their repeated lack response!
