I've been reaching out to this property for about a year trying to get in. I've sent everything they asked for multiple times, went to the leasing office, and called. Never got a response back or would be told i have to email them. Been on the wait list before they stopped doing that as well and still nothing. It's very irritating getting run in circles

I have been calling their leasing office for a month now and no one has yet to answer or even give me a call back. I leave a voicemail every time I call them. I have also went on their site and sent a message in regards to renting a 1bdrm. On the Apartmentfinder.com website it states they have a 1bdrm available for rent. I am relocating from Ohio and I am interested in renting but NO ONE WILL ANSWER OR GIVE ME A CALL BACK! I haven’t even received a email smh. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous!

I love living here. The office staff goes above and beyond to help the tenants, and are proactive with assistance and such. Maintenance is great, respectful and friendly. I've been here 3 years and hope for many more!

I found it really easy to you get an apartment. I was on the list for less than a week. They look at your income and make your rent off of that.
It took about 3 months for my Ex to get approved. It's income based housing
There are some washers and dryers there. You could still bring a washer and dryer there in your own apartment
