Great facility but has some pre-surgery issues needing addressed on your forms as to when the radiology department is open…only M-F.

The male nurse I told he only gets 1 chance to poke me so hope he's good. He was excellent! I asked if I could take him with me to my other appointments...A++.. wish I knew his name to directly thank him again...the MRI tech however was horrible!!! I almost fell a few times and he didn't care at all...glad I didn't hurt myself..

I’d give zero stars if I could. Find another location. A complicated patient but provided necessary info three different times. Zero transparency. Had a two week window to schedule prior to brain surgery, still waiting for an appointment. Not sure what the issue is, maybe staffing? Maybe communication? Wouldn’t know since there is no clarity from the organization. Actually got ONE return phone call two weeks after seeing doctor, to say they had just pushed out paperwork to another provider. Why did that take 2 weeks? Great question. Now surgery date is at risk. Again, find another place to get your imaging.
