This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. They’re right when they say the rent is never what it’s supposed to be. People are ALWAYS being I tried to speak to the office and they ALWAYS closed and the phone number sends you to someone that knows nothing about the apartments. Residents are ALWAYS getting evicted and there’s always random peoples items outside because they throw their stuff outside. I tried to speak to someone personally and wanted to file a complaint, Traci (whoever that is) was rude as hell, it’s almost like they just have random representatives. They told me that the person that worked IN THE OFFICE didn’t work for them???? Chastity was there, then she’s not, then she’s back, then it’s Haven residential, then it’s Florida Station. Tbh I think they keep changing it because it has such a bad reputation. I tried to break my lease but it’s a $500 fee for leaving, even though my last apartment FLOODED and that’s the ONLY reason I’m in a different one. On top of peoples children running around, breaking windows and hopping in them. DONT DO IT

I am absolutely thrilled with my entire experience here at Florida Station Apts. The team that helped me, Christina and Chastity, were professional, kind, thorough and all-around amazing. They have very detailed and specific requirements listed to be approved here. That is very helpful in avoiding credit dings unnecessarily. I knew I would be approved before they even ran my information based on that list. My apartment is totally updated and modern and is perfect for a single person. I have really great neighbors and the property is well manicured. Also it is very quiet here! If you are lucky enough to get a third floor patio you will see they are large and private. The only two things on my wish list would be more covered parking/garages and having additional storage available. There is a doggy daycare adjacent to the property. During the day there is quite a lot of barking. I love dogs so it doesn’t bother me a bit! They do except dogs which also makes them pretty amazing! I have lived here for one month and will happily update my reviews as I spend more time here.

Roaches galore. Horrible service. They claim to always be in the office but they arrive late and leave early. They never return your phone calls so don’t bother leaving a message. The draws are broken and they won’t fix them. The water pressure is terrible. Maintenance will come out but nothing ever get fixed. If you want a hot shower, you better wake up early or take your shower after midnight. There are nightly car break ins so I would suggest you either take everything out of your car and leave it unlocked or pay for your window to get fixed. They’ll try to show off the pool but it’s below freezing so watch out for hyperthermia. Oh! and when you leave, you probably won’t get your security deposit back. You’ll most likely pay for the next person’s water and excel bill too because they’ll neglect to call and have that switched over.

Well besides the bed bugs, plumbing issues, and splitting the water bill with the whole building, the rent is going up. I have lived here for almost four years and the rent goes up every year with no building or parking improvements. The only reason this complex can get away with the high rent and low standard building is because of the location. The complex is close to highways, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. If you can deal with household pests that they spray for every month, dog poo all over the perimeter, one old air conditioner that is expected to cool entire apartment, and the office personnel closing the office anytime they feel, then this is the place for you. BTW, water is not included. The water bill is split between everyone in the entire building so the range varies from $90 to $130 a month. Car vandalism is also an BIG problem with the complex. Doesn't matter what you drive. Ive lived here soo long because of the convenience to my job which is less than a mile. Glad to say my lease will be up soon and i can move on out. FYI bed bugs are one of the worst infestations. Yeah you can move out but, unless you throw out all your clothes, towels, beds, and couches, you will infest your new place. Think hard and weigh the consequences if you decide to move here. It is a awesome location though.
