Really nice place and great value. With housing prices going out of control CCSA is a great option. I've been here three months and have seen great maintenance and security on the property. The office staff is professional. You can tell they have experience to manage the property effectively. No place is perfect, but for the money, this is a great option in Denver.

I've been here for three months now and have found the staff to be pleasant and fair and helpful. I moved here from another state and Jackie & Yelena were very helpful with my transition. I've seen their maintenance team go beyond the call of duty. They always seem to be nearby. Security is good. Don't hesitate to come here and look for yourself. It's a nice place and a good value.

very nice apartments! we were staying with a friend and found it extremely convenient that this complex offered a whole guest apartment for us to stay in. if we lived in Colorado we would reside here for sure!

I have lived here a little over a year and love City Center and all of its amenities! All of the staff-Jackie, Rick, Jerome and Elmo-are friendly and helpful. I moved here from Denver where there were problems with car break-ins. I like that City Center is gated and security controlled. Also appreciate the bright new lights in the parking lots. This complex cares about its residents and it shows!
