Michael the maintenance director has always been good to my family members. When ever there is an issue with anything in the apartment he is always there to make sure thing get done and fixed right away. Even during the flooding problem he was there the whole night. I am so happy he is there to help us!!!

Toured the community with Rachelle. She was amazing and the community looks great. Not sure of my move date yet as I am coming from out of state for a new job. This community is at the top of my list!

Moved in about two months ago and very happy with my home!! I had a few items that I’ve needed repaired and Michael has been so amazing! He is quick to respond and repair what is needed. It’s very clear he takes pride in what he does, thank you Michael!

I've been living here at the Marq Iliff Station for 15 months, I've had an overall great experience! Particularly with the staff, they went to great lengths to assist me with every inquiry! For example, I dropped my apt/car keys down a storm drain one day at the complex and thought all was lost. Thankfully I spoke with Kara at the leasing office who was extremely polite and helpful calling a property maintenance tech to retrieve the keys right away. While waiting, She even tried making me a new key on the spot despite being a busy day for her. Even though it didn't fit the door handle, I still appreciate the time she took to go out of her way. Then, Alwyn the technician showed up with pure enthusiasm determined to fetch the keys! After a few hiccups trying to open the drain grate, he got it open and dug up the keys that was hidden under snow down the drain. Talk about a hard worker! I've never seen such gratitude and willingness to do such a difficult task but he got it done and I couldn't be happier! This simply made me want to renew my lease, because nowadays it's hard to find apartment assistance that follows through! That's how much of an impression Marq at Iliff station had made on me. Thank you Alwyn and Kara!! Y'all rock 🤟🪨
