Trash management, maintenance people will never show up to fix the broken parts, also they keep charging you from the things you haven’t done. They charge me $1868 for 1 bedroom that was $1130. They charged my over $1800 twice this and last month even tho I renewed my lease. I spoke with management even though he said they’ll not charge me extra but they still did it again. What a poor management

This place is the worse i ever lived. I am glad I’m out of this place. Very ghetto neighborhood. First month i lived there somebody break the back window of my car. The place always have their garbage bin overflowing with trash and old furniture Also be aware of all the hidden charges. I was told zero down and then later on they told me it was a non-refundable down on monthly charges. Be sure do not even clean before you leave because they will charge you regardless.

I haven't had an issue with anybody or office maintenance Has taken care of all of my request and very timely manner actually "surprising". So I told my friend about it he signed a lease also.
