You may walk around there yes, but do know that security will keep a close eye on you. I am a late night worker at the Bar Verde (at Nordstrom) and at times I get out (finish work) at 1 or 2 AM and the lights are still on. The water work and lights shut off at 12 AM. I don't know when the Christmas lights shut odd.

The grove is not one place. It is actually "The Grove Drive" and is an area full of shopping and eating/drinking places - all up market. To rhe best of my knowledge, the area is never closed

When I went to the Grove last month I Didn't see any place where you can leave your bike. If you take your car then you can park in the huge garage parking that they have. It cost me 12 dollars for 3 hours that I was there. I hope that was a little helpful. Have fun!

Chase bank opposite the Grove and wells fargo a couple of blocks away. Other Atms available at the Grove. There is one right next to the movie theatre. Also there is a citibank atm at the CVS premises opposite the Grove.

I don't know, but 99.9 percent of the stores in the Grove are high end retail chain stores how ever there are kiosk booths lining the street for small vendors and there's is plenty of foot traffic to boot.
