Depending on the store yes it can be a bit pricy. Great environment!
The place is really nice to hang out in. You have stores like Zara and more expensive ones as well. About the sales I don't know to answer. Also there is a beautiful farmer's market with a lot of different food from around the world
I'm unaware of the sale you referenced. The Grove has both upscale and mid-range stores.in a very nice setting. There are several nice restaurants as well as places that sell "takeout". There's also the original Farmer's Market that borders The Grove on Fairfax. You'll enjoy going there.
I'm not sure about sales. The place is kind of expensive.
