Just know that the farmers market only validates the parking in the farmers market area, Grove store validations don't give you a discount if you park there.
It is paid based on time, but many stores validate with or without purchase.
There is a parking fee and it depends on how long you are thete for. You can get a few bucks off for shopping and or eating, but it will not be free unless you are there for just 1 hour.
