No but you can get validation or park at whole food for free or farmers market and get validation
You can get your parking validated if you spend a certain amount (I want to say $150, but I may also be pulling that out of the air) and some spaces validate, such as the AMC and Barnes & Noble (for free do you're an B&N member). If you want to be extra frugal, you can park at the Whole Foods lot across the street and clandestinely make your way over to the Grove.
