Coming to this AT&T store, I was very pleased with not only the service, but environment of the space. The employees were very welcoming and helpful, and offered me space to charge my phone as well, necessary to what I came here for. There’s good space for customers to wait, and I think this space could be used better with a common place for customers to wait together, charging phones, where they can do things like eat at a table in the store while waiting for service or charging phones. I am writing the review from the store right now, and think something like a minibar would be a great addition for these reasons!

Att & Verizon: Corporate Sabotage In March 2022 I transferred my phone number from ATT to Verizon. May 20th I found out Verizon have substituted my phone number. When I asked them why did you do that I’ve had that number for 25 years they said ATT deleted the number from them. I told Verizon I want my number back. I’ve been using that number for 25 years and they have accepted the transfer after talking with ATT back in March. They said to give them time in order to get the number ported back to Verizon. they failed doing that and now they want me to do their job to get their number. they want me to make phone calls. I have explained to them I’m deaf. I can find anybody to help me. Att for most of 2021 have charged me for hotspot subscription but they have always failed to provide me that service to use the internet on my laptop through my phone. When I told them what kind of compensation are you willing to pay me back for neglecting to keep their part of the contract for 13 months while charging me for their service they didn’t give me a satisfactory answer. That’s why I moved my service to Verizon. Can you or any government entity discipline both ATT and Verizon to meet their parts of being accountable and responsible to do their job and meet their obligations and compensate customers when they breach contract? Please ! Thanks !!! Their way of hijacking deserting clients. I’ve had tried to reason with them for years to straight up or I will quit. When I did quit they went ahead and retaliated by snatching back my number to hurt me. It goes to tell you that other companies are all subordinates to Att’s threatening terrorism. it’s like stay with us no matter how unhappy you are or will cut you off. Corporate sabotage at its best.
