Went today to get a rapid test ( I scheduled my test a day before). Got there and was told my apt was cancelled??? By whom because I didn’t. I needed the results to take to my doctor so he could begin my meds if needed. Was told that they couldn’t see me because they were “booked”. There was ONE other person in the waiting area. I will be calling corporate. Ridiculous customer service.

I made an appointment online before 9am today for 340 this afternoon and they just now (2:45pm) call telling me they won’t see me until I get covid tested.. yet they do testing. I have severe allergies and asthma and needed to see someone to get a prescription for an inhaler since I just moved back. Terrible service and terrible excuse for a place that is suppose to serve others. Don’t waste your time with these people, you’re better off.

Insurance is accepted, but not required.
You can get flu shots at the pharmacy. Unless it's for a child which I think you have to do at the clinic.
No they accept most insurances including Medicaid. But you do not have to have it. You can even be uninsured.
