Called here 3 times to see if they can take a walk in , no answer. Then took a bus that took a hour to arrive here to find out they are only doing drug screening. It would've saved my time if someone answered a phone

Your NP was very resistant to my suggestion for care for my daughter. She refused antibiotics for my daughter because I suggested them. I told her my daughters history and she chose to ignore the fact every patient is different and stick to her "gold standard" Although I did not agree I just left. Well three days later at a dental visit they did an xray and found my daughter indeed had infection and started her on antibiotics. Your NP at Fastmed on University is incompetent and I would never trust her with my daughter again.
