Ridiculous wait time. Same excuse every time. Booking is not in line with patient ti provider ratio.

On two occasions, my dad waited over 3 hours to see doctor. Staff doesn’t seem to care. In fact they will tell one you are next, while you still wait for hours. This place is just ridiculous. Doctor doesn’t have a good bedside manner to him as well. Just go else where for your needs. I don’t recommend this place at all.

They were very professional and answered all of my questions and was very pleased with how the surgery went!

I had caderacs that were taken off by Oak Summit Eye Care. Underneath the caderacs Dr. Kimsara found Glycoma. The pressure in my eyes kept going up and finally I was in the danger zone for going blind. Dr. Kimsara didn't know what else to do and he marked urgent on my paperwork and sent it to Duke Eye Center to see Dr. Moya. Praise God he did. Dr Moya said my pressure was thru the roof and I was in a very bad danger of going blind. I still have a surgery or two, but my pressure is way down and Dr. Moya is a gift from God. Thank you so much for giving me my sight back and I can watch my grandchildren grow. Praise God.

Have can I pull up my chart on line? I signed up on my last visit.

Either by using the phone app, or accessing the Duke Mychart web page and logging in. I use both. If you look at visits, then you can see the doctor notes for that time. Test results are also online, though some visual tests don't show up automatically and your doctor should document the results and the interpretation in the notes (cardio doctors and other specialists have to do this also).
