Constant harassment. Audit every transaction, drugs at pharmacy, copayments at physicians offices. Surgery at Dermatologist.

This is easily not only the worst flex spending account host I've ever used, but I honestly believe the person(s) running the joint are heartless, ruthless, horrible individuals. It is literally MY money that's going into this account and EVERY week these people come up with a reason to suspend my card. That would be fine if I had no health issues ... but I am a type 1 diabetic. Yes, Pro Benefits ... YOU are the reason I currently do not have supplies for my insulin pump. You are - quite literally - killing me.

Very disappointed with this company. I worked for a company that used Probenefits for an HSA plan. Probenefits is a third-party administrator so that means they are operating to earn an extra piece of the pie. They charge a monthly fee and when I left not only do they have a fee for sending a check to the new HSA plan they charge a huge fee for transferring it and closing the account. When I called they did not know how transfer my account and had to continually put me on hold I guess to ask someone else if they knew. Of course they did not. I had to have a different institution handle it for me. Very poor company and makes me wonder why that employer that I worked for ever let their employees use this company.

After decades of using a flexible spending account, this is the worst group I have ever dealt with. Every dollar I spend at a doctor is questioned and I'm required to provide proof, receipts, statements, and more to justify my expense. If you don't reply fast enough, they inactivate your whole account, not just the amount in question. DO NOT USE.

Hi Debra! Thanks for your question! In some cases, a portion of lodging expenses for medical care may be eligible for reimbursement under the Health FSA. There are some specific rules that apply, though, so we'd love to talk with you in more detail to be sure we give you the correct information for the situation you have in mind. You can find our contact info here to call or email our customer service team directly: https://probenefits.com/contact/ Thank you! ProBenefits
Hi Cassandra! Thanks for reaching out to us! Generally, if a plan allows rollover or carry over, leftover funds up to a certain amount can be rolled into the next plan year even if a new election is not made. There are a variety of possible plan designs, though, so we'd love to talk with you in more detail about your specific circumstances.
