I was impressed the level of care Servpro provided. From the time of inspection ( which is at no cost) to completing the work they always provided regular update and took at most care to dry out all the areas to avoid any future problem due to water leak. I would highly recommend to go with SerPro of Tracy as they value the customers and try to make it as painless as possible for the customer. They also directly work with home insurance company so one less thing to worry about.

We had a faulty valve behind our fridge that leaked water for hours before we realized what had happened. The Tracy ServPro team were able to come out the next morning and immediately set up fans and a dehumidifier. They removed our kitchen flooring and the old laminate flooring below it. Everyone on the team was very professional and friendly. Constant communication throughout the whole process. They were a great help during a stressful situation!
