In Buckhead, this is the perfect location. Next to St. Regis and within walking distance to Umi, Yebo and LeBib, you simply can not beat the location. Kelly and her team made my transition to this property seamless, and I have never felt more at home than 92 W. Paces. Thanks to all!

Unfortunately, this place is not what it used to be. It has gone completely down hill. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and spending your money elsewhere. It was an okay place to live at first and the location is great, don’t get me wrong, but the management team truly does not care for residents. A few pain points (although many more I will spare you!): • If you work from home, definitely consider living elsewhere. Construction basically everyday for the last 6 months made working from home impossible. • If you need assistance from the office on a Saturday (which is open 10 am - 5 pm) it won’t happen as they only have one person working on Saturdays. • Had a nightmare moving out experience, as only one elevator worked and multiple other people were also scheduled to move out, the loading door was not open when I was told it was going to be, and couldn’t get a hold of the office for 45 mins (since only one person was working - it was a Saturday). • Residents can really only rely on one elevator in the main area as well, because it is always broken with no updates on when it will be fixed. • I believe I was a great tenant, of course in my personal opinion. But, I never missed a payment, never caused any issues and was always pleasant with the staff. I sent an email with my concerns after my nightmare move out day and did not hear from the Property Manager, Kelly, for over a week with an excuse for everything I stated - which to me felt very disrespectful. • To top it all off, I personally feel like they are now scamming me. The office reached out to me today to tell me I owe them additional money on top of my security deposit for “dry wall” repair (I asked where the damage was and they could not tell me). We had normal wear and tear after two years, of course. But, I cleaned the entire unit and filled every single hole and sanded them down - so not sure how the equates to over $400? Very disappointing and honestly so bothered that I wasted so much money at this place! There is a beautiful brand new apartment being built across the street, I recommend checking it out before this place. Save yourself the trouble and the headache!

Location is top notch! Staff is amazing. They are reliable and friendly. The layout of my 1 bedroom is everything I wanted and more. They are currently working on updating the amenities so I am excited to see how that turns out. Jordan was super helpful when I had to move from out of state. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making my move and transition an easy one!

I've been here for 8 months and absolutely love it! The property, location, and staff are amazing. With all the new updates and renovations, we are only more excited to spend another summer here. There's great restaurants, places to socialize, and shopping near by. Highly recommend!
