FINAL EDIT: I got my security deposit in April, four months after I moved out. Truth be told, Peachtree Dunwoody is a very good place to live. The proximity to businesses in the area is second to none (MARTA, movie theater, Costco, and several other stores are all within a ten-minute walk), and the immediate area around the building is nice and quiet, other than the occasional extremely loud cars going down Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, which obviously isn’t the management’s fault. The apartments themselves are good, pretty standard for the area which isn’t a bad thing. The floors are very nice, and the appliances are relatively new. The walls are thin as they seem to be in most apartments, but we were able to resolve any noise issues we have had by talking to our neighbor, and it hasn’t been a problem since. All in all, PDP has a lot of things working in its favor and a couple of minor issues, but nothing that would honestly warrant deducting more than one star (the thin walls are the only thing keeping it from a perfect five). The price point is on the high end for the area, but for anyone able to afford it, I’d definitely recommend it.

I have been here for 2 years. It is one of those places where it actually feels like home. The buildings are clean, each floor is very quiet. The complex is very safe. Aisha, Lindsay, Jacob, and Ray have been AWESOME! It doesn't matter what the need is, they are always available to answer your questions and concerns. I wish they had more storage spaces.

The apartments are somewhat older but still look nice. I feel safe, but the foot traffic from the bus station is something to be mindful of especially if you're out at night alone. The biggest issues I have with these apartments are the …
