Should’ve listened to the reviews dont move or apply here I applied to move here about almost 2 months ago no one emailed me or called me back for weeks at a time about my application then when they did answer the phone The person who would answer couldn’t even help me with my application so finally after several approvals later less two weeks out from my move-in date the manager contacts me and tells me that I need a document before a certain day or they’re going to cancel my application which is unfair because I applied here almost 2 months ago and now you’re rushing me to get a document that’s going to take time vey unprofessional don’t work with Anna who was my leasing agent Martin was the manager they don’t have any consideration for anyone’s time they don’t have the common courtesy to communicate properly or really know what they’re talking about they basically perform like how the leasing office would be in a low income area

Went to tour today. Staff was nice and apartments looked okay. However, when my boyfriend and I went into the units themselves we were shocked. The first unit had not been touched with as much as a Clorox wipe and parts of the electrical sockets were not attached to the wall. The second unit was even worse. There were dead roaches and flies on the floor, and there was a horrible, unidentified odor that was SO bad, we did not make it past the kitchen and left the complex. Best of luck to those who choose to sign a lease here.

Nia Freeman in the office has been our salvation for all our maintenance problems. Very professional at her job. She heards us very carefully and immediately creates the request. Also, another recognition goes to Minky Monev our maintenance guy. Very friendly and professional. We are so happy having them and people like them around our community. Thank you very much.
