When I first moved here there were several car break ins and the leasing office did not notify the residents of the crimes that were taking place so that we could protect ourselves. Additionally, the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night which disturbs the rest of the working residents. However, I do like the updates that Berkeley has made to the property & added a gate to the parking garage for security measures. Maintenance resolves issues quickly.

I love Berkeley Heights! The front desk people are extremely kind & helpful. As soon as you walk in you get a home feel from them & it’s an automatic great feeling when people are genuine about their work & those who live in the development. They are on point when it comes to responding to e-mails, phone calls & even maintenance request! They do go out their way to make sure you have a great stay while living here & try to always accommodate & fulfill your needs. There is a new guy at the front now & his name is Antoine he is the BEST! He came right in& gave the BEST AURA & vibe which is so welcoming. He is always open to help out & make sure you are 100% happy with living at the community. He is also great with checking up & providing information that is needed which is great & makes your stay a lot more comfortable knowing that the staff that works there has your back & best interest!

Cierra Baxter in the front office is great at her job. Whenever I have a question or issue, she always have the solution. She also has a great personality which makes her an absolute gem for the entire community here at Berkeley Heights. I hope she is here for the duration of my stay.

I am new to the Atlanta GA area and had some awful experiences trying to locate housing. I contacted Berkley apartments and was greeted from the beginning with nothing but professional and efficient staff. Antwoin answered all of my questions and fiollowed up with me to continue my application process.. i toured the vacant unit and property and everything met my standards.
