I did a walked through in hopes to buying this condo(which they are reverting into condos/ or have a few condos), but was immediately discouraged due to the cleanliness of the halls, stairs, garage. The dumpster was in the parking garage which was completely a no go. It smelled clean in the building but it was entirely too dirty. Trash was everywhere. HOA FEES are high and I don’t understand why. Seems like a rip off honestly. The office appears to be cluttered and old looking. The door to the entrance was broke so ppl could come in and out. (Not safe considering the area). Whoever is over the building and HOA Should be ashamed. But the 2 stars are for the actual unit. It was spacey and comfy with a good city view.

Both Dev and Peyton are incredibly helpful in making sure all issues are resolved for tenants. Recently I have had many questions that required reaching out to the owners about property updates and changes and both Dev and Peyton were incredibly helpful in making sure they could receive answers from the owners for me and give me timely responses to my questions. I am very thankful for their help as they helped make sure that the property transition has been as smooth as possible.

These apartments are no good. Don’t let them lie to you about additional fees. All they did was change their name from Dwell to what it is now. That should tell you a lot. Their BBB was the lowest of lows. The office workers are rude and have nasty attitudes. Warning do not stay here. Look up their past reports and complaints.

Recently my house went through a terrible unexpected flood. Devyreau made sure to act as soon as she found out what occurred. She acted fast and has since kept me updated. I am very satisfied with the repairs that I see being made to my home and I’m very happy about the fast response from the office team. Devyreau and Keyora are awesome and I’m very happy that they both stayed through the transition of the new management company. If they would have brought new employees into the office I probably would have to put my early termination in.
