I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mr Luis when touring the property. He showed me two options that were fantastic- I still am having a hard time choosing between the two! He was extremely thorough when giving the tour and answering any questions I had. His customer service and professionalism was as such a breath of fresh air- good quality workers like him are far few and in between anymore. I was choosing between 3 properties total, after my experience here with Mr Luis, I’m have no doubt I’ll be selecting this property to call home. The facility is very nice, everyone seemed very friends (even all the residents we past said hello)! I’m eager for my upcoming move! Thanks again Mr Luis!

No just no. Luis is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and inappropriate. Management is extremely unprofessional. Impossible to reach them by phone or get anything fixed by the maintenance workers.

Amazing looking apartments in an incredible location. Luis was an awesome rep for the property and did an excellent job in showing us all it has to offer. He was very friendly and informative and made the entire experience very enjoyable.

No. But you do have to make a certain amount to qualify.
On la france steewt there is parking, and then you have the candler park train station parking lot as well, but there is no parking for guest in the buildings parking.
