I have lived here for an ongoing 2+ years, and I have met many concierges. Most were unprofessional and not trained for the job. However, Zavian & Kam are some of the most professional and caring concierges. They understand their responsibilities and treat all guests with kindness. They are very attentive and aware of what’s going on in the building. Both should be promoted!

Location: great, busy, and entertaining. There is plenty to do in walking distance. Scenic views from the top floors: Beautiful! Concierge services: I think they would benefit from 2 people; it gets very busy with deliveries/packages. But Zavian is great! He is always very friendly and helpful. Apartment units: nice, new, and noise level is low. Safety/security: I feel safe. But I think it is something that needs to be constantly reviewed and improved upon, being that this is a popular area. Gym: Nice and clean. But, because of normal wear and tear would benefit from a touch-up. Others amenities: Niccce!

The hot tub hasn’t been working for a couple of weeks now. Other long term residents told us the last time this happened they didn’t fix for months. The amenities were the selling point for this building, and when the grills, movie theater and HOT TUB are all BROKE, we feel like we were duped. The theater as beautiful as it is, if the TV system is BROKEN its just another unused empty space! We hope they pull it together FAST bc it’s embarrassing and the ICON BCKHD is starting to get a bad reputation. Also another thing. You charge for having a pet and you have zero amenities for pets. You can’t even maintain the dog park.
