10/10 have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Ellington Midtown. Anytime I have a request the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Justin who went above and beyond who helped me have everything I need when I was fist moving in. The Apartment complex quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting at Ellington for the remainder of my years in Atlanta, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming tenants looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with at Ellington, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

I love living here! Very nice location and very spacious modern/new apartments.I love the play, eat, live vibe by being walking distance to Atlantic Station. My roommate and I could not bare the idea of not releasing for the next year. The people who work here are great, especially Justin, who has always assisted me with whatever problems I have, which are few and far between.

My online application process would have been smooth had it not been for a particular agent who has since been removed from Ellington Midtown's staff. That said, once I arrived, the rest of the EM staff quickly remedied any concerns I expressed and got me moved in. Specifically, it was Justin Crayon who took over my account and streamlined my move-in process. They clearly have the right people in place now and it's since been an awesome experience dealing with all of the management team... Very warm and friendly people. The unit was SPOTLESS. All of the upgraded fixtures and appliances are top notch. Great place!

I love living here! Justin in the leasing office was extremely helpful as I was going through the rental process. He assisted me via email, on the phone and even stayed after hours on a couple occasions to ensure all of my stuff was taken care of so I could move by my date of choice!
