Very very poor service if I had a option I would not give them a star at all and would not take my box that I was bring back to the store when I should of never got the box in the first place and the workers was in the wrong Security walked me out of the store I call customer service with spectrum and put a complete in The store workers need more training Do not come to this store and stay away from them and use caution with them

South Park did an episode on how horrible cable companies are, and Spectrum is somehow worse than that. This is the worst company to deal with in literally every regard. The literally make me contemplate suicide every time i have to deal with them.

My wife sent me on a mission to exchange a modem box today and it went super smooth. I walked in and stared filling out the questionnaire at the front door and before I could type my first name in an associate approached me and asked me what I needed help with. I was in and out of that store within 5 minutes. Super clean as well!

They say 2 weeks for a technician to come out and even look at the Issue. Talking to them on the phone is point less

Shalane. I worked for aldi's and they also state they dont have direct phones lines. They dont have published public phone numbers.aldis security alarm company will call the store to verify me at the time (passphase) All brick and mortar stores have phones, strictly for calling other stores, eg you have bread that is getting close to be dated.or alarm systems

Go to amazon Com, purchase a monthly service, or yearly( if you perfer) amazon will setup your account and preferred password. Plug in your firestick into an available hdmi slot in the TV that you want to use, then the USB power plug and the accompanying micro SD cord, to power the firestick up. Select on the TV the source button til you see the Amazon firestick and select it . It will not up, and start the setup process. Pairing up your remote is first. Your preferred language then it will show you what WiFis are in the area, you'll select yours, preferably a 5 ghtz band ad it transfers much more data than the 2.4 band Then you going to enter the username, which is the email you setup when you setup the amazon prime account, the the password that you decided on. That's it. When you start the firestick ir will look for any updates(most recently is the new start up menu that adds a info bar across the screen, from left to right. Give this a thumbs up if it helped you.

Call customer service. I've had good luck with them. They can troubleshoot from the far end, and if it's something physical that you haven't done, they can troubleshoot that. And I would suggest that if they get it down to the unit, and find us nothing they can do and nothing you can do, that you take it over to Spectrum store and exchange it. And they're very nice about that.
I honestly don't know I never had to have any thing from cable TV shipped to us, everyone I know that deal with cable TV including myself switch out equipment at your local Spectrum cable TV office. Have Spectrum cable give you the phone number to the closest Spectrum cable TV office where you live at.
