Call customer service. I've had good luck with them. They can troubleshoot from the far end, and if it's something physical that you haven't done, they can troubleshoot that. And I would suggest that if they get it down to the unit, and find us nothing they can do and nothing you can do, that you take it over to Spectrum store and exchange it. And they're very nice about that.
