Dr. Ky is a amazing doctor. He helped me with my pain.

He ran these electrodes up my spine and they make the nerve synapse not registered the pain as much and everything in my shoulders and neck went from stiff as a board too I can move them a little bit and this is only day one I can't wait to see how much movement I get back in my upper body in other words Dr Ky is the doctor you want to see if you have foraminal stenosis I'm sure he's great at other things too but foraminal stenosis go see Dr Ky

Daughter broke her foot !! Called day before ,, would not see me early or reschedule!! Very hard to deal with staff!!! Front desk rude!! Doc great !! But bed side manner not there!! Wouldn't even help me!! Had to miss my daughtes surgery because couldn't wait 2 weeks to get back in!! No give !! Feel like I don't want waste his time!! I even apologized!

Front desk has poor disposition. I can never get an appt. It's ridiculous. Don't go here if you need to actually speak with someone because they NEVER answer the phone!!

Was there yesterday. Front desk said they are short staffed and call volume is very high so most calls are going to the answering service and they are doing what they can to get to everyone.
