Was there yesterday. Front desk said they are short staffed and call volume is very high so most calls are going to the answering service and they are doing what they can to get to everyone.
Right now it is kinda hard 2 get in contact. Due 2 the fact in my opinion is they r stilling using the covid 4 an excuse 2 not work. I have been a client/patient 4 coming on DAMN near 4 years, they have done remarkable 4 my getting back on my feet, but Their failure 2 answer phones etc. Is something 2 2 be challenged. If possible u need 2 go down in person. They r behind and under staffed, keep that in mind
