Last month I went I got my shots then I was told they were going to order me x-rays and to make my next appointment when I went up front they told me to go ahead and go home and they would call me because the computers were down no appointment was never made I kept wondering when I was going to get this phone call for my appointment a month has gone by never received it I had to call them then they said they would call me back and when I got the call back it's not an appointment for treatment it's for an evaluation all over again what I've already got prior authorization and I've already had treatments very frustrated and the shots are so far apart you're in pain most of the month one shot a month doesn't work
