Words failed us when we checked into the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort and our view was a parking lot.

Worst hotel. Ac not working, damp rooms, no quality service. Not at all a 4-star hotel. Ac broke down and they took 1+ hr before reallocating a new room. Didn’t even apologize for inconvenience. Requested for a crib since check-in, got one at night after calling 4 times at front desk. Please avoid this hotel at all costs.

The only friendly staff are the housekeepers. The breakfast was cold. Not worth what we paid for. Not what we expected for what we paid. The EV charging has only one compatible with our car. The rest is ONLY for tesla.

Yes, we saw a number of dogs there. I believe there are extra fees for the pet to stay there.

Yes. You can take the trolley that runs the main road. It's only 50cents. Idk about a hotel specific shuttle though.

The hotel does not have guest self-wash laundry facility. There are several self wash locations near the hotel on Milpas Street. The hotel does offer daily laundry/dry cleaning service through a local vendor Monday-Saturday.

Yes, there is a shuttle. It does not run 24 hrs, though. I think it runs 6am-10pm. Call the hotel and double check.
It was good i picked up the group today the valet helped me out. As long as i dont go under the awning it is all good
Check out is usually around 12pm but you can request late check-out.
Here in June 2018. 99% complete except for the coffee bar. That us the last piece. Rooms are much better.
