These people have been out to my house at least 5 times over many months and still no solution in sight. The only thing they can still do for me is to send someone out again, to get information that they already have. This company is absolutely ridiculous! When you call, you will be transferred to different departments, but none of them are capable of solving a problem. The only thing any of them can do is make an appointment. There is no supervisor, or no one to speak with if the appointments lead to nothing being done. Don't waste your time and money with them. I actually bought the home warranty plan. What a mistake!! You will spend hours on the phone with agents working from home who can't help you.

Always have to wait so long for a repair person to come. Called about a freezer problem, they said soonest they could come is 2 1/2 weeks away...so frustrating.

!st technician they sent out was totally fine. 2nd technician they sent out after the part that the 1st technician had ordered arrived was wretched. Don't do it, don't use Sears Appliance Repair!

Dishwasher not working for over 100 days. Sears Home services has sent tech on site 6 times and still can't solve the problem. No escalation process, no call back, no solution in sight. Very frustrating, disappointing and unhappy!
