One of the worst services of MTD is Sta.Barbara, it is not reliable if you depend on them to go to work since they often cancel lines and there is no respect for passengers, the service is simply a disaster, every day is the same. at least they should suspend the routes if they cannot cover them

Honestly, SB public transportation is awful and super unreliable! Was walking to the bus stop tonight, it was supposed to leave at 8:20, and I saw it drive past me at 8:10. The next bus wasn’t for an hour and 10 minutes. It’s scary to have to wait that long at night time, especially as a young woman. I have probably spent about $300 on ubers since June due to the busses here being so unreliable. And have also missed out on work a few times as well because of the bus being cancelled unexpectedly. You’re better off getting an e bike or an electric scooter tbh.

Me and my mom were waiting for the bus 20, it was supposed to get to the bus stop at 12:13. later on we waited two hours to finally get here, as-well as sometimes it never ends up passing and I have to wait for the next bus its getting ridiculous at this point.
