Extremely satisfied with my rental experience. I had a great quote when I called Avis over the phone and paid in advance. The lady that helped (Avis on Haley St, in Santa Barbara) was very kind and helpful. Loved the car (Kia Soul), a pleasure to ride during my California road trip.

I went in to get my rental which was ready. My card was declined. After having Wells Fargo confirm that everything is OK I was still denied a car because after being denied once the card cannot be used again. First time hearing this. after mentioning how many times I have rented from them and that this is a family emergency I was still denied my rental. I called customer service no one responded. They show no records however they still were able to pull money out of my account which I cannot get refunded back. Horrible experience
