This is store is becoming a joke. They close the fitting rooms after 7:30pm and don’t put any signs to let their customers know. Ross is very unorganized and is making customers waste time!

Much better shopping experience considering the last assit manager however, minorities are profile especially when carrying a backpack or shoulder bag? I questioned management??

Super friendly and attentive staff unfortunately we came in to buy a luggage and they were completely out of stock. This must be a sign of the times when it comes to the ports. Hopefully they’ll be in stock soon.

Store was unkempt and dirty. Honestly looked like a tornado hit it. We bought some dog toys at a good price but it honestly looked like a thrift shop with how little was available and how messy it was.

The one in Ballard is on a little kind of mall , so you have to get inside the garage of parking and the spots for ross are in the second level
