Unhelpful staff and worst service ever. The whole time my son was there, no one came to ask if he needed help. Also, when I needed to use the washroom and they refused to let me use theirs quoting COVID-19. In the website, it mentioned that mask wearing was mandatory but when we got there, customers were not wearing and no staff stopped anyone. So what is the difference of not making your customers wear masks to me using the washroom? Both are COVID related. My recommendation is don't go there!

Great experience, Brian offered excellent service and helped me find the perfect size for my waders and boots.

Patagonia's clothing and equipment often come with high price tags, but their design and company practices are worth it. One of the great features of the company is their willingness to repair or replace worn gear. My partner and I brought in a couple down jackets with broken zippers and failing sleeve seams and Patagonia's helpful associates generously replaced the jackets. It also looks like they offset the seam in the new generation jackets, so hopefully they'll hold up longer. Additionally they replaced my cold water, neoprene gloves that didn't prove to be durable. Impressively, they also have a gear recycling program that demonstrates their dedication to the sustainable production and consumption of outdoor gear. Thanks to the folks at Patagonia for leading the industry!

Staff were incredibly knowledgeable about my specific needs as an urban bike commuter. They steered me towards a different product that, while it was more expensive than my first choice, turned out to be very much worth the extra dosh. I trust these guys and Patagonia makes A+ quality clothes.

Patagonia website states you can take your jacket to a Patagonia-owned store for on-site repairs. Don't throw out the jacket on account of a zipper if they can repair it for free!
You can buy it online 🤷🏼♀️
