Grant was the associate who assisted me and I was well pleased with how good his customer service skills were. He is very knowledgeable of the products and provided me with the foot graph service which he then was able to determine the exact arch and shoe supports I needed.

I came here 030422 with my girls about 2:50p after-school, so they could pick an outfit for a birthday party. We were there about 5 minutes when an Asset Protection worker literally stood over us and watched us until I confronted him. We were so uncomfortable they grabbed the wrong sizes of clothes, feeling rushed to get out the store. Yes, I feel it was racially motivated. They always follow people of color around here and its not right..Our shopping experience this day was horrible. Check your staff HR! I LOVE ROSS STORES 💘
