Worst experience with Apple yet. I had to drive over 30 minutes to get here for an appointment and then they made me make another appointment for a few days later. The face ID sensor stopped working on my phone and it was covered under warranty, so they told me I could get a new phone, BUT they pressured me over and over to buy more iCloud storage and could not answer any questions I had because they were too focused on making money. It wasn't until I said I had my boyfriend waiting on me that they finally started talking, but they didn't know the answers to all of my questions about the iCloud backup. You'd think that the employees would know more about Apple. They also gave me an attitude. I was not mad or angry at them, but they started to get really lazy about answering anything I had to say and would bark at me "I really DO NOT KNOW MAM!" even though I wasn't raising my voice or anything. They made me stress about the situation. And they were trying to take advantage of me as a young woman to buy more junk there but I wasn't having it! I did not buy the iCloud extra storage and everything was perfectly fine. They kept yapping at me about how I'd lose all my data. They even made me make yet another appointment after the first one for almost no reason. Just another money scam. Never returning here

I really hope Google starts allowing 0 star reviews. I was given incorrect info by 3 different reps from this store alone (not including the call center). You as a company need to have consistent info across the board. As in don’t tell the customer one thing and then put something different in the notes that invalidates a dispute the customer has down the line. I’m still waiting on a call that my item came into the store from over a week ago!! They are conveniently not answering the phone now, but we’re happy to take my money when I paid them upfront and was told I would receive overnight shipping (lie #2). Lie #1 was sending me to a store that did not have the item for pick up when I originally went to get it. Your call center should have some idea of whether or not an item is in stock. Even if they can’t tell you the quantity. That was a waste of time and gas. TLDR: This store will tell you what you want to hear just to get you out of their face/off the phone regardless of if it’s true!

Went here in store to purchase a charging cable for macbook on a weekday afternoon. I was praying for no waiting because there's been always a wait at other stores I've seen since the pandemic and social distancing. Walked in, greeted by a rep and redirected to another table to make the purchase. The service was as expected. The in store rep were knowledgeable than the customer support on the phone who said that the laptops come in with a 1m charging which was false. All the reps I've interacted to in this store were and the product availability would be identical as other stores. The purchase was quick as it was inexpensive and I know what I was looking for! Had a positive in store experience.

Outside entrance I went through needs cleaning, trash cans were overflowing! Inside you are introduced to high end stores and clean cool environment! Be careful and watch out for people trying to sell you stolen goods! Overall good experience.

Long wait, but was seen. Go early like when they open.... But anyway, once seen service was on point. It took two hours to reset pin, but again, I had a very determined, polite and will do spirit, that she got it done. My experience was great!

You could have had updates to drivers on your ipad which made that keyboard incompatible. Suggest you take your device to the Apple Store to have them look at your keyboard.
