We went to the store to get 3 iphones and stood in the line when a guy came and offered to give an appointment for a later time as the queue was long. We agreed and came out and went back at the time of appointment. Instead of letting us go in they asked us to stand in line. There were those who did not have prior appointments also in the line. 10 mins after the scheduled time, we tried to enter the store to ask what is going on. The employees started acting strange with words like “go and and stand in line” , “everyone stands in line” etc. I tried to ask them what it meant to take an appointment.

It’s $29. But they most likely won’t have the battery. So you’d have to call them so they can order it.

They take your tempiture and make you wait in line in the mall before you enter do that there isn't to many people in the store. They ask you to wear your mask and be curtis to others.

Its a repair centre too so depending on the level of damage to your earpod they may or may not fix it. Most of the repairs are free esp if u still under warranty or apple care. Stop by either way, they will help somehow. Good luck.
I don't think they take appointments. When you get there they put your name on a list. Your iPad probably has spyware for cookies from search engines you need to clean it up you can download some for free at download.com
I looked it up on the website. It'll probably take over a day to get it repaired. Drop it off pay and when it's done they'll contact you. Well they'll give you a time to return and get it.

You can look up trade-in on Apple's website and get an estimate. I would advise against the iPad mini, though, because it's an older device and it costs more than the 9.7" iPad ($399 vs. $329).

All recent iPhones use Nano SIM cards. You cannot transfer to an iPhone without one.
My phone will not response to my touch. Stays about half way on. Need to make appointment at genius bar to determine problem.
I cannot use my phone currently, on have email on mac.

Not really a question, but I suggest that you borrow a friend or relative's phone to call and make an appointment. You can always do a walk in, but you will be there for a while. The Apple store does not run this page, nor probably never see it. Sorry.
