I need to reset my IPad. My son disabled it, and I can't do it on the computer. Is there a charge if I bring it in to have it reset? If so, how much in total?

Its best to call them and inquire. You can also hold down the power and volume buttons down for about 10 seconds and it will perform a reboot.

Hold power button and volume down button together until resets and shuts off completely by itself.
